With over two decades of experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, Cesar has acquired unparalleled expertise in financial and strategic analysis. His extensive career includes roles as CFO, Director of Financial Intelligence, positions in the telecom regulator, industry analyst, university professor, and founder. He is also the author of over 100 reports and dozens of presentations for high-level audiences.

Adept in both finance and strategy, César holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Regulation from the University of Barcelona and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Florida International University, complemented by postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance, Public Economy, and Business Analytics. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
